MAIN ENTRANCE
Entrance is to the side of the property from the gravel driveway. This brings you directly into the kitchen/dining/living room.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
The kitchen has all the facilities one would expect – fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, and toaster. The sink has twist turn taps. The dining area has a table with space underneath and seating for 2 persons. The flooring in this area is wooden.
LOUNGE
The lounge contains a 2-seat sofa and a leather chair. There is an occasional table and colour TV.
BEDROOM
The bedroom is accessed from the kitchen/dining area through a doorway. This is a double room with bed, built in wardrobes, bedside unit and reading lights above the bed with pull-cord action. There is also a dressing table with mirror, light and a chair. The floor covering is wood flooring.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM
The en-suite bathroom includes a bath with twist turn action and an electric shower over the bath. There is a WC and a wash basin. Above the basin is a mirror and light. The bathroom has tiled flooring.
GROUNDS AND GARDEN
The lodge overlooks the lake & has private wooden decking to the exterior. There is a walk right around the lake which is made up of gravel, grassed areas and compacted soil. There are also fishing opportunities and we have fishing points that are accessible for wheelchairs.
