MAIN ENTRANCE
From the gravel driveway, there is a small wooden ramp leading to the entrance to Holly Lodge. The door brings you directly into the entrance hall. The entrance leads to the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen on the right and to the en-suite double bedroom on the left. The flooring throughout this area is wooden.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
The kitchen has all the facilities one would expect – fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. The dining area has a glass table with seating for 2 persons.
LOUNGE
The lounge contains a leather 2-seat sofa and chair. There is an occasional table, colour TV, video player and DVD player. There is also a stone effect electric fire. From the lounge you can access your private decked area overlooking the lake. This access is via patio doors.
BEDROOM
This is a double room with bed and built in wardrobe, bedside units & reading lights above the bed with pull-cord action. There is also a dressing table with mirror, light and chair. The floor covering is short-pile carpet.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM
In the en-suite bathroom there is a large spa style corner bath with a built in seat. The shower cubicle contains an electric shower. There is a WC and wash basin with a mirrored vanity unit and light above. The bathroom has tiled flooring.
GROUNDS AND GARDEN
The lodge is in a secluded setting and has private wooden decking to the exterior with a table and chairs. There is a walk right around the lake which is made up of gravel, grassed areas and compacted soil. There are also fishing opportunities and we have fishing points that are accessible for wheelchairs.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
