MAIN ENTRANCE
Entrance is to the front of the property from the gravel driveway. There is a wooden, slightly inclining ramp from the side of the property onto wooden deccking bringing you to the entrance door. This brings you into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living room.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
The kitchen has all the facilities one would expect – cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and toaster. The dining area has a glass table with seating for 6 persons. The flooring in this area is wooden.
LOUNGE
The lounge contains a leather 2-seat sofa and 3 leather armchairs. There are occasional tables and colour TV.
BEDROOMS
There are 2 bedrooms in this lodge, 1 double and 1 twin. The bedrooms and bathroom are accessed from a hall off the dining area. Both bedrooms have short-pile carpets.
BEDROOM 1
This is a double room with a bed, bedside units to each side and reading lights above the bed with pull-cord action. There is a built in wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and light and a chair.
BEDROOM 2
This is a twin room with the beds located against each side wall. There is a built in wardrobe, 3 and 4 drawer units, dressing table with mirror, light and a chair.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a standard bath with shower over the bath. There is a WC and wash basin. Above the basin is a mirrored vanity unit.
GROUNDS AND GARDEN
The lodge overlooks the lake and has private wooden decking to the front. There is a walk right around the lake which is made up of gravel, grassed areas and compacted soil. There are also fishing opportunities and we have fishing points that are accessible for wheelchairs.
