KITCHEN/DINING AREA
The kitchen has all the facilities one would expect – cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and toaster. It also has a large island for up to 6 people for entertaining. The dining area has seating for 10 persons. The flooring in this area is wooden.
LOUNGE
The lounge contains large sofas to comfortably seat 10. There are occasional tables and large smart TV.
BEDROOM 1
This is a double room with a king size bed, bedside units to each side. There is a wardrobe and a dressing table with chair and smart TV
BEDROOM 2
This is a double room with a king size bed, bedside units to each side. There is a wardrobe and a dressing table with chair and smart TV
BEDROOM 3
This is a double room with a king size bed, bedside units to each side. There is a wardrobe and a dressing table with chair and smart TV
BEDROOM 4
This is a twin room with 2 single beds (can be pushed together and made to one bed with a mattress zip), bedside units to each side. There is a wardrobe and a dressing table with chair and smart TV
GAMES ROOM
The games room has a pool table, 60 inch smart TV and seating area for entertaining
BATHROOM
There is 3x bathrooms, 1x downstairs – wet room and 2x upstairs – shower room and family bathroom with a bath and shower over head. There is a WC and wash basin.
EXTERIOR
The lodge is approx. 25 metres from the lake and has private wooden decking platform to the front, a private hot tub to seat 8
