  Entrance is to the side of the property from the gravel driveway. There is a stone step, 6cm high and 60cm deep leading to a 20cm step up into the lodge through a door 75cm wide. This brings you directly into the kitchen/dining/living room.

  The work units are 89cm high. The kitchen has all the facilities one would expect – fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, and toaster. The sink has twist turn taps. The dining area has a table, 74cm high with 62cm space underneath and seating for 2 persons. The chairs are 47cm high. The flooring in this area is wooden.

  The lounge contains a 2-seat sofa, 40cm high and a leather chair, 42cm high. There is an occasional table and colour TV.

  The lodge overlooks the lake has private wooden decking to the exterior. There is a walk right around the lake which is made up of gravel, grassed areas and compacted soil. There are also fishing opportunities and we have fishing points that are accessible for wheelchairs.

Beech Lodge - 2 Bedrooms
There are different sleeping arrangements with one lodge all singles, The others with a double and two singles with a sofa bed. One lodge is animal free.

  The kitchen and dining area has cushion-floor covering. The work units are 90cm high. The kitchen has all the facilities one would expect - cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster. The sink has twist turn taps.
  
  
• UPSTAIRS
  The cottage has 1 bedroom on the first floor which is accessed up a staircase with 14 steps, each 18cm high, 23cm deep and 80cm wide with a short-pile carpet covering. At the top of the stairs there is a small landing off which is the bedroom and bathroom.
  
  
• BEDROOM
  The bedroom has zip beds which can be set as either a twin or double and is 62cm high. The flooring is short-pile carpet and the room has a built in wardrobe, bedside unit, reading lights above the bed with pull-cord action. There is also a refreshment tray, dressing table and chair, 47cm high. From the bedroom, there is a doorway, 81cm wide, onto a balcony overlooking the garden and lake.
  
  
• BATHROOM
  As you come out of the bedroom, the bathroom is to your left. There is a bath, 52cm high, with a bath/shower mixer and grab rail. There is a basin 80cm high and WC 40cm high. Over the basin there is a vanity unit with mirror and light.
  
  
• GROUNDS AND GARDEN
  The cottage has a lawned garden to the front with table and chairs. From the garden you can walk across the gravel driveway to the lake. There is a walk right around the lake which is made up of gravel, grassed areas and compacted soil. There are also fishing opportunities and we have fishing points that are accessible for wheelchairs.
